Salvation Army Christmas Appeal

A HUGE thank you to everyone that has donated gifts to the Salvation Army Christmas Appeal this year.

A lady from the Salvation Army called Clare Hill came to collect the donations, our Justice and Well-Being committees handed her 10 boxes full of toys for the Salvation Army Toy Appeal!  We also gave her the money that we raised at the ‘Carols by Torchlight’.  The £146.04 that was raised will buy more gifts for the children that wouldn’t get presents for Christmas.
